MAGNIFY DANCE CENTER TUITION POLICY (Rev. 08/15)

Tuition fees are assessed each year with the annual budget in mind. In considering the budget, a comprehensive look at all the projected expenses for the school year is made, keeping in mind that there are fixed monthly expenses that do not stop with the end of the “teaching” school year.

Once an assessment of the annual expenses has been made, there is then a clear understanding of how much revenue will be needed to sustain the business. With that understanding, calculations are made regarding the tuition fees that will be charged. These payments are then broken down in monthly increments for the convenience of the client.

The monthly tuition fees will not be prorated in the event of any holiday class cancellation, theater rehearsal conflicts or weather-related cancellations (snow days).  Our registration packet clearly states that Tuition is due starting August 15 (half-tuition) and continues the first of every month for September through May. Many months in our school calendar include more than 4 weeks of class, so the few class cancellations are absorbed in these ‘extra’ classes in other months. New Mexico Gross Receipts taxes will be added to all tuition amounts. A 10% late fee will be assessed to all tuition that is not paid by the 10th of the month.
